What are ADA Apartments?
- Do not always have microwaves
- Do not always have an island (In 1 bedrooms)
- Countertops are lower
Window sizes (Some may differ):
- 40 ½ inches wide and 59 inches long
- There is 1 window in each room but if they have a patio then they have a smaller window that does not have a window screen.
- Smaller windows for apartments that have a patio: 52 ½ inches long and 27 inches wide.
- Patio doors do not have blinds; however, some past residents leave their blinds for the patio door behind.
Are there ceiling lights and fans?
- Yes, there are ceiling lights and fans in every bedroom and living room.
What are the Garage Sizes?
- 11 ½ ft x 23 ft
What are the storage Unit Sizing?
- 6 ½ ft long and 4ft 5 inches wide
Are we allowed to bring our own washer and dryer?
- No, we provide washers and dryers in every home for your convenience!
Are we allowed to rent the Clubhouse for events?
- No, you are not allowed to rent the Clubhouse for personal events, however we invite you to join us for resident events that we host regularly in the Clubhouse.
Do you accept packages in the office?
- No, all packages must be delivered to your door or to the parcel lockers located in the mailroom. Simply put your address in the delivery information and our couriers will do the rest!
Pet friendly community?
- Yes, we love our furry friends here at The Springs! We do however have breed restrictions that can be found on our website at Hpisprings.com located at the bottom of the page and clicking on the paw icon. We also require that our furry friends be leashed at ALL times unless in our bark park and to make sure they are cleaned up after.
How many floors do you have?
- We have 3 floors that are accessible by stairs as we do not have elevators.
What school district are we in?
- We are in District 2
- The bus stop here in the community is located at the back entrance.
How many building and apartment are there?
- There are 256 units and 12 buildings in the community.
Are we able to paint the walls and mount tv's/ pictures in the apartment?
- Yes, you are allowed to hang pictures and mount tvs as long as you do not create a hole larger than a nickel-sized hole.
- No, you are not allowed to paint the walls.
Do we have to purchase or are we allowed to purchase our own renter’s insurance?
- Our management company Hamilton Point Investments requires that you have the renter’s insurance that is included in our Utility Package. This renter’s insurance cover’s the home but not personal belongings. If you would like to purchase your own renter’s insurance, for your personal belongings, you are more than welcome to do so but it is not required. If you decide to purchase your own personal renter’s insurance you will need to provide us with the policy information.
What if we want to move out before our lease term ends?
- We never want our residents to leave as we love our residents, but if you are needing to relocate or find yourself needing to leave, you will need to provide the office with a 60 Day Notice to Vacate. There is a form you will need to sign in the office and you will still be responsible for your rent through the 60 days.
Are we allowed to have our own grill?
No, you are not allowed to have your own grill, as this is a safety precaution. We have 2 gas grills located outside our beautiful pool area that is free to residents to use!
